A new poetry collection by Adam Tie
For the past ten years, I've sat across from strangers with nothing more than a typewriter and a conversation. More than 30,000 poems later, I've come to realise that beneath our different lives, we're all searching for many of the same things: love, purpose, healing, belonging, forgiveness, courage, and the hope that tomorrow might be a little kinder than today.
What Happens After The More Or Less is a collection that celebrates the act of living. These are my favourite poems that I've written over the last 10 years, a short story about something significant that happened in each of the years, and new poems I've written just for this book.
These are poems about falling in love, holding on, letting go, finding beauty in ordinary moments, and the times that feel absolutely superlative. I hope this book reminds you that you're not alone, that the best days are ahead of you, and you deserve the world and an extra planet.
